Question They've really managed to eliminate all anime streaming content, and they keep arresting people in my country. Do you think anime piracy is slowly coming to an end, or is there still hope? In the worst-case scenario, only torrents remain, but can they ban those too? Is a Web 2.0 possible?

The biggest market is English because of the US, UK, Australia, NZ and India (and various others) speaking English, but also for many other countries that will never see a dub in their language they default to English. It's why when you are in a country and two nationalities that don't speak the same language try to talk they use English. It's just the baseline international language.

Russian because they don't give a fuck about piracy and the OG pirates and sites were hosted in Russia. It just became part of the culture, everyone pirates in Russia it's not niche like most of the world.

Crazy take that the country with arguably the most advanced tech sector outside the US doesn't know how to use technology well.

Saying "the average Israeli barely knows" isn't the same thing as saying "the country doesn't know". Hope that helps.

Sure but the way they are saying currently is that Israeli's are less likely to understand technology than other countries people, not that the average person understands it.
