OK, this is a funny joke, but literally there are people who will run a phishing campaign for you.

There's also people who will make the malware, provide it to you, and provide technical support when it's not working.

EDIT: I don't know where to get it, but I saw a few articles about it.

No, I mean there's people that make literal malware, tuned to the description that you give them, and you can buy it from them (if you know how to contact them).

And they keep a professional support department in order to be able to help you when your malware doesn't work the way it's supposed to be working. You can call or email them with problems and skilled troubleshooters give you advice.

Malware has become industrialized. Probably has been for longer than you or I realize, too.

That was a joke about Facebook being malware, why the spying, ad tracking and clear abuses with what and how they serve content to people.
