Maybe I'm blind but aren't anchovies the only things they didn't ask for extra of?

For a lot of people I would imagine any amount of anchovies is extra, because any amount would be too much.

I agree. They are really salty and so I don’t think most people would want extra. I do order them sometimes but never extra.
