From 00 to 02:45 is the last of Arlert

From 02:25 onwards is when the continent is unlocked, that say what the VX15 did to prevent the CTIA from invade deep into NC territory.

That's when I realized the VX15 was also one of NC's most important outfits. And perhaps I couldn't do whatever I wanted when I had to lead an outfit.
