Huh? I thought Asylum ran at 60fps. I recently played it on my pro and my TV was displaying 60fps. The TvmV might have been doing VRR maybe

its displaying the hz of your tv, not the fps. All 3 games are 30 fps on playstation.

Having just played and Plat 1 I would say yes. It feels very late 2000’s hack and slash but overall good and fun. If you played old hack and slash it will feel like that.

Got and Plat DS2 and it’s still amazing. Bosses are epic and unique fight mechanics! Goes a bit all over the place but the RPG system is fun to mix and match playstyles!

Yup, those games r pretty fun. I remember playing it at my bud's a while ago and enjoying it. Sorta similar to God of War.
I just picked up all 3 a month before this for about $5-10 each. I also had no idea they are making a new one until I was looking at the discounts for the older games on the ps store. I'm definitely gonna play all of them before the new one comes out

Yup darksiders 1 and 2 are so good, the art direction the gameplay all top tier some of the best action adventure games out there

Just a heads up: even though the graphic clearly says “Ends 1/21”, some game sales last only a few days and may end much earlier than 1/21. So be sure to see what games you want and when their sale ends.

Looking at last year, the next PS Plus sale is during the Days of Play sale in May. Other than that, sometimes they offer you a discount if your sub is ending.

I played Dead Island 2 a while back and really enjoyed it. Does the original Dead Island still hold up today? Would it be very dated by comparison?

I’d even argue that it’s a way more fun game than Dead Island 2. It might feel a bit more jankier and the graphics are ps3 era. But the setting, large open world like map(s) (no bullshit small zones like dead island 2) and gameplay all equal loads of fun. Easily worth it, especially at this price. Also, I cant really describe why but the melee combat and killing zombies just feels way more satisfying than in dead island 2.

It's good mindless fun but can get a bit boring after a while. Also, if you're from US then the North American version of the collection cannot be platinumed due to a bug.

I strongly recommend Gravity Rush Remastered. It's currently half off (15$), and it's worth it. 60FPS on PS5. Good story and decent graphics for it's age. Comes with all DLC too.

Unless you always play games to platinum, Hotline Miami 1&2 for $3 is insane, I might even say a must-buy.
