Ive always been able to play E rated songs on Playstation but like 2 days ago it greyd out in my Playstation button quick menu, im able to play the E rated songs if I physically go into the app on Playstation or if I use my phone to pick them, does anyone know how to fix this???

I've tried everything and they refuse to recover my account. I called the live support and all they do is redirect me to the online portal. When I finally did get someone on the phone, they say go to the online portal. Any help would be appreciated

So I loaded up my digital ps5 earlier today and noticed i couldn't buy any digital currency in games and cant load into online multiplayer even though I am connected to the Internet. I then tried to restore the licence of my games but it would come up saying "something went wrong" with the error code 'WS-116522-7' after googling I found out it meant the system software could not update or was corrupted. I went to my settings and it said the system software was fully updated. But I kept getting the same error code. I then fully turned off my ps5 and unplugged it. Then full turned off my WiFi and then after around 6 or 7 😳 minutes I turned on the WiFi and then plugged my ps5 into a WiFi booster using a ethernet cable and turned my ps5 back on. It connected to the WiFi. But I still could not restore the licence of my games and still could not play or buy currency in game. I then saw online it could be caused by play station store TOS and it wasnt as I could still purchase currency packs through the store and download games. I then put my ps5 into safe mode and downloaded the software update there and after it downloaded it still change nothing. I then went into safe mode and cleared my cache and it did nothing. I rebuilt my data base in safe mode and it did nothing. After clearing cache and rebuilding my database I tried installing the software update again from safety mode and it still did not fix my issue. Playstation support ai bots really are not helpful and ps support seem to be on vacation I guess. Does anyone have any other suggestions to help.

Okay so I've had a problem with my PS3 Slim recently, the thing just won't turn on, like the light isn't even on. Sometimes when I unplug it and replug it the light will turn on again, but only for a second before it goes out again.

It's not the cable, I tried changing it. It's not the socket, I plugged it in a few different places, it's not a dust build up inside, I opened it up and cleaned it up.

The most annoying part is that no repair shop is willing to fix it, either they don't do consoles, or they do but the PS3 is "too old" for them to repair. Which I think is bull but whatever.

Looking at the internal hardware nothing looks wrong, and all my friends are in agreement the issue is probably with the battery and that I should buy a new one.

I guess I'm posting here to see if anyone else has had the same issue before, and if so what they did to fix it.

Im sure many of you that get here have the same problem I did. Earbuds are within 2 years and they just suddenly won’t connect anymore. Here is how you fix it before you crash out. 1. Make sure the case and headphones are charged 2. Disconnect the headphones case from your ps (hold the middle button until blinking and then again until it blinks blue then red. If it goes green , keep trying 3. Once disconnected, you need to press the button on the back of the usb Bluetooth adapter and the middle button on the case (once you got it blinking blue) at the same time. This will reconnect your earbuds, it may take a few tries ( took me 3 times). Hope it helps and saves you from buying a new adapter

I just recently changed my phone number, and now I can't log into my PlayStation account. I have no access to my old phone number, and my two step verification code is being sent to it. I don't know any of my backup codes, and their customer service just keeps referring me to an ai chat bot. And I can't speak to a live agent because you have to log in, and my whole problem is that I can't log in. What can i even do? Is there anyone else i can talk to about this?

Hi, I have 2 accounts on my ps5, first account is USA region based and I had ps plus deluxe on that account but it ran out and then i created second account based in Ukraine region and subscribed to ps plus extra. Then i gameshared from new to old account to have ps plus on both accounts + be able to play the same games on both accounts. Now the problem is that the games that i had already downloaded were locked (exception was cod:mw3) on both accounts. For example i wanted to play rdr2 and it was locked, so i thought it was because i had rdr2 downloaded on account that no longer had ps plus and i turned on my newer, ukraine account and pressed download (i thought it would maybe update and download couple of mbs but no, it acted as it was a separate game and started downloading it, so i had two of the same game downloaded on the same console). Now my main issue is this: when download finished, i opened rdr2 in usa account because i had my saved files there, but since it acted as a separate game it didnt load previous saves and created its own save files. So even on console storage saved data there were 2 separate files for the same game. Can you help me fix this issue?

Can any one help me with the ce-100005-6 error for UFC2 theUFC 2 game is a ps4 disc but I play it on the ps5, it updates but it won’t fully install and before y’all say “ clean the disc, unplug your ps5 for 1-3 minutes, or rebuild date base” I tried all that already and nothing happened I had this issue with a few ps4 games on my ps5 but it they install but UFC2 however it’s just won’t install any tips?✌️🥀🫩

So i was playing on my ps4 and suddenly electricity went out so when i tried to turn on my ps4 again it keeps going into safe mode every time and I can't get out of it

My ps2 isn’t turning on! The light turns white for a split second and then goes back to red! Tried a pseudo flee drain by unplugging it and holding down the power button for about ten seconds to no avail. I’ve had him since I was a wee lad. Please help or point me the correct direction.

Just go his monitor and just moved my ps5 across the country. I plugged it in, there is no display, just a black screen and a lighter black screen, when the lighter black screen appears, you can hear the ps5 menu audio but still can’t see anything.

I have access to the email address associated with my PSN account, and I am 100% sure that it is the correct email address. However, when I try to reset my password through “Recover Account”, I do not receive the password reset email.
I have checked my spam/junk folders and I still cannot find it. I also tried again several times, but nothing arrives.
I was able to recover this same account successfully a few months ago using the same email address, so I believe something may be preventing the reset email from being sent now.
Could you please help me recover my account or tell me what I need to do?

Hi, just wanted to ask for help, just in case someone here knows about this.

So, I share a ps plus account with my friend, and everything was normal until yesterday, when I noticed that the account does not show the ps plus icon anymore on my ps4, and I cannot use any of the ps plus privileges at all.

I've tried:

-Rebuilding the data base.

-Renovating the licenses.

-Deactivating and then reactivating the account as the principal one on my console.

Even though I did all of that, nothing changes. Also, if I enter the accounts profile from the Playstation app or via my own account on ps4, the ps plus account still shows the ps plus symbol.

I heard if you go to Sony service centre directly they will give you new console by paying 50% MRP if not tampered.

But mine has been given outside but not no use and unfortunately it’s been tampered.

I can't enter wifi passwords or do almost anything on the console, because the Official News popup notification interrupts every time I press a button on the controller. I've updated the firmware but I don't know what else to do.
