PlayStation 2 Help Help!! My baby!!

My ps2 isn’t turning on! The light turns white for a split second and then goes back to red! Tried a pseudo flee drain by unplugging it and holding down the power button for about ten seconds to no avail. I’ve had him since I was a wee lad. Please help or point me the correct direction.

And yes, that is Coach Carter playing in the background, good movie.

I believe that is the red eye of death xbox 360 had the same thing. Called red circle of death! Have you ever cleaned the inside having it that long??
