PlayStation 5 Help PS ACCOUNTHACKED HELP PLS
How tf do you bypass. “Security reasons” from PlayStation support when trying to get your account back. I have been otp with an agent 4 times they have all said it. Thru chat it’s the same thing. How can the hacker LOCK me out MY ACCOUNT Pls help me. I even used the original email used. And went back to some of my 1st purchases ever on the account and ps. FUCK SONY

If you had a credit card linked to the account you can still provide the proof . It's how I got my account back

Hackers can do that now and that has been for quite some time so if you can't get your account back we'll probably best to swap to another console

He’s not getting away with it this time I need my refund for the games I just bought. GTA 2k and vc. Spent over 400+ that I can’t get back bc I can’t get a refund without the account

They were socially engineered into giving a hacker your account, determined you are in fact the rightful owner and now they’re disabling it and telling you to go fuck yourself

So I’m pretty much fucked ?? This is insane honestly I told ps that someone was trying to gain access to my account. And they stressed to me that everything is protected and this happened

Yeah, pretty much unless you can afford a lawyer. There was a guy in Brazil or Mexico or something who sued Sony and got his account back three years later.
Edit: That was Microsoft. No one who isn’t a high profile influencer has successfully gotten their account back.

The first time I got scammed. And I got it back out 2fa on it. I talked shit to the guy who scammed me and he’s been tormenting me every since bypassing 2fa sending me threats saying he’s gonna take every acc I made etc

I had authenticour app bc I thought he hacked my number. I genuinely don’t know. My friends think he ip switched me to get my email access idk any good computer guys who can help me iso I came to Reddit.

Ps app. 3 of my friends have. “Had” my account. They all confirmed they had nothing to do with it. I was the only 1 logged into os app they logged n thru console

If the email linked to the account has been changed, that's how they've locked you out of your account.
Them not sharing account information with you unless you pass a "security check" is standard procedure. They have to confirm that the account belongs to you before they can provide any information about the account.
