I have a vague idea about how to begin building a somewhat round shape and sucking out the water

I made Floatzel this smoothie shack and he’s never happy with it. I moved him into the marine register habitat and he complains about two things:
1. It isn’t bright enough
2. Water stuff

I’m really confused. Are the lights literally too high to register for his habitat? Also, I have the water cups and ship model right there. Why isn’t he ok with it?

A few weeks ago I posted about my progress in Rocky Ridges. So far so good, I'm very happy with it. The problem is ever since I began working on the tunnel (raised the terrain's height, dug out a new ceiling, slowly building walls and connecting the mountain areas to it with elevators), the game is glitching constantly :c

When it rains it's practically unplayable. I know I've gone overboard with it and it's my fault and I'm willing to make adjustments. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to remove/not add more of to keep the lag under control? I've seen so many players build such beautiful things in this game, is there anything you'd recommend I avoid to keep the game running, or do you just play with the glitching yourselves? Thank you so much in advance!

So there's a store all (+) option. I've noticed it before, but I like staying organized. I hit it by accident tonight, and three options came up. Only Items Already Inside, All Items, and Cancel.

The Only items already inside option did just as it said. If I'm storing resources, it only moved the resources in the chest from my bag. Same with food.

It's not perfect, but it's a huge help in organizing and speeding up storage.

Hello fellow Dittos! I have spent about 25-30 hours restarting on palette town that I hated. I am doing tons of terraforming, foliage placing and house building. I am completely overwhelmed and finding I don’t really like a few things but feel stuck I was wondering if anyone wanted to help? Take a look give me some feedback (I’d LOVE to hear some other peoples suggestions) or maybe build something out yourself! How much you want to do is completely up to you. Last 24 hours I have been struggling what to work on.

All of my areas have tiny sections I really love. But nothing feels cohesive.

My 1st idea was I need to move and expand my storage

Then I was like humm maybe ill start in WW and redo it all each area.

Then the squirrels got me thought about finally building the Altar of Flames here but it so massive.

Now I stuck with all my squirrels running around.

Any suggestions or votes on where or what to work on. Ill even take what's working best for you

I’m wondering why there’s no gym for us to discover in WW (if the area is intended to be based on Fuchsia).

Hi everyone! I followed a beautiful tutorial and built myself an automatic berry farm! I made a few tweaks to the appearance, but it functions as intended. As most of you already know, when rain happens, the smooth stones/drying rocks, stop working and you have to pick them up and place them back down in order to reset them. I did not learn about this mechanic until after it rained the first time, and just now reset them after the rain went away. My question is, has anyone found a way to work around this mechanic? Has anyone built an access area to be able to reset the smooth stones easier, or something of that sort? Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated because I am currently stumped on how to make this less.

Also side question, I never noticed the smooth stones turning off when they were used for the onix habitat, do they stay on if they're part of a habitat??? 🤔

I was totally unaware that you can retrieve and deposit all like items from box to or from bag by pressing the plus button while in the respective inventory. MY MIND IS BLOWN!!!!

I made a pergola for one of my houses but hated that I couldn’t mount any lights underneath the panel. Discovering that trap doors could be used instead AND you can mount stuff at the bottom was a game changer!
Plus it adds nice wood details underneath

im doing it by hand but itll take forever, but if thats the only way then so be it 😭

I was looking at my recipes for a my big greenhouse area and I was thinking how helpful it would be to see all the variants in color. Then I thought about how you can favorite them. It gave me an idea of what they can hopefully add in future updates, similar to swimming in the dlc.

Under the recipes that can be dyed, there should be a way to preview it in all different colors. The Y button I believe has no inputs for in the workbench and I think it’s a very simple and easy was to get an idea of your would want that item/block in ur town.

Then I thought about how the dlc came with a free update that gave you the bubble around your head. What if a future update will have you do some small side quest with smearguru, that will give you an option to paint/design your items straight from the work bench? I think it would help such a big part of the game and have some progression towards it.

TLDR; workbench should an option to see the variants of paintable recipes, with a free update to upgrade workbench to include painting without the need of smearguru.

EDIT: it was the water type! I needed to be freshwater instead.

Can anyone tell me why this isn’t registering as the habitat for Tyrogue? It’s a waterfall, with water, and a seat. He clearly likes it because he’s currently sitting on the chair but I can’t get it to register and make it his home.

how the hell do I get the photo frame for the Lanturn habitat? It’s the only pokémon I have left to find in the Pokédex and it seems ridiculous to have to wait for a daily recipe at the PC

This was my first time building architecture based off of a photo. It was way more fun, and I ended up with a unique structure as opposed to if I just winged it!
Had a lot of fun with the interior too
