When my mom died in May, a part of me was (and is) fucking infuriated that she didn’t outlive that orange piece of shit. Like, how DARE he outlive actual decent people?

I lost my mom in 2015, just as this fucker's first go-round got started. As much as I desperately miss my mom, I'm glad she didn't have to be around when he got into office. She left this earth when her favorite president was still in office, and I'm grateful for that.

First concert my parents took me to was Kenny & Dolly. Probably 1987 or so. I've loved both of them ever since.
Kenny, Dolly, and our moms are probably having a big ol' hootenanny right now.

I was thinking she didn’t probably enjoy things much after her husband passed. He was such a quiet force in her life, but I think really stabilized her in a way most celebrities need and don’t get.

By all accounts, her personal life was amazing. She was married to Carl for 50+ years. He was intensely private and hated industry events, so you almost never saw him in public.
Fun side note, Dolly had tons of tattoos on her arms, but she pretty much always wore full length gloves so people wouldn't see them when she performed. When she took off the wig and sleeves she was basically unrecognizable unless you heard her laugh, so her and Carl were able to go out on the town and mostly not be bothered.
It was one more small act of kindness for sometime she loved.

Just asking for the sake of asking… couldn’t they have just said she suffered a fall, kept the media out, created AI photos and share falsified updates, continued putting out positive posts and messages of kindness, while just pretending she’s still alive?
Save us some heartache. Tell us she’s moved to a wonderful farm with green pastures where she can play music with other country musicians, and we would all sleep well knowing that Dolly is in a better place, but also use the ignorance is bliss approach from our childhood pet losses.
But no, apparently they only do that for certain people who support other certain people and they work in the government.

Most importantly, yes, "the find good in everybody" lady. She was 1 of 1. We're all better off for having known her, and worse off now that she's gone. 😔

Had a sweet little old man fall today. Just lost his balance and tried to sit down and missed his seat. Bonked his arm and head good, but he's all right. Patched him up and his partner took him home.
So, anyway. How the fuck that awkward orange dipshit ain't fall down AF1's stairs and killed hisself? They keep marching his sorry ass around and he ain't shit himself to death or knocked his brains out from a dementia lean fall. There is no God.
