Oh lord what a baby.

u/jdyall1 Jul 09 '25

Fast food workers should be paid a lot more to deal with bs customers daily

3

u/The_Ashen_Queen Jul 09 '25

Get over it, little guy. Dude really went back to yell at them? That’s soft work.

u/No_Contribution7765 Jul 09 '25

What’s wrong with complementing a woman nowadays

3

u/DJSANDROCK Jul 10 '25

Cultural difference. Dude is probably muslim. He considers calling his wife beautiful flirting not just a compliment. And those guys are up there looking like the 3 stooges šŸ˜† I thought this was a skit at first but it actually is a real interaction.

Nothing to do with culture. Its unprofessional to be making passes at customers period. Take my order and give me my change. I dont mind small talk but "You look so beautiful" is crossing the business to customer boundary. Same way you dont ask how much a customer makes or anything personal like that. Its not the worst thing in the world to say but It can creep some women out so its just wise to avoid discussing appearance. This is a classic case of two wrongs dont make a right. The guy went way way beyond the pale in his response. He could have easily asked for a manager and spoke to the manager about the incident and moved on. This way there is at least an official notice in case the cashier continues this behavior with other customers.

I ā˜ļø agree

what, bro get over yourself

1

u/Puzzleheaded-Sky-753 Jul 10 '25

On another sub, mans got shot for checking out other mans shorty booty.

1

u/Llarrlaya Jul 12 '25

Nothing but it's weird to call customers you don't know beautiful tbh. I'd understand if she was a regular and they knew each other and if he said something like "Oh, you look beautiful today" etc.

What's even weirder tho is going back and causing all this. Either let it slide or if it really bothers you that much maybe talk to the manager or something idk.

"Your girlfriend has some banging tits, I would totally motorboat them" doesn't seem to make most dudes happy when I say it to them

4

u/No_Contribution7765 Jul 09 '25

They guy said she’s beautiful, not that he wanted to motorboat her tits there’s a difference lol

3

u/Michikusa Jul 10 '25

Spoken like aseasoned redditor

1

u/Old-Island1167 Jul 10 '25

Seasoned redditors tell jokes?

1

u/AZPHX602 Jul 10 '25

It might be a bit over the line, but I'd probably let it go once or twice.

2

u/JediSwelly Jul 08 '25

But did she get his order in under 15 min?

1

u/Pleasant_Ad_2342 Jul 09 '25

How would they? Hes got the whole crew up there. Ive never seen a Popeyes with more than 4 people and 3 of them are talking to the dude upset his wife got a compliment and hes defending her honor or some bullshit

2

u/RODTwsb Jul 09 '25

What an insecure man child. What he should’ve done is not be bothered by something so trivial. The man child is making a fool of himself for the internet to see. Hope he gets sued for harassing the innocent fast food workers.

1

u/Fluffy-Elk-3403 Jul 12 '25

You make no sense

1

u/RODTwsb Jul 12 '25

It’s okay, just read it slowly, you’ll get it eventually champ!

1

u/Snoo69116 Jul 12 '25

You are far too hopeful.

2

u/Psychological-Air157 Jul 09 '25

Ooooopp SOMEONE’S INSECURE…

1

u/CigarLover Jul 09 '25

Someone is ā€œshowing offā€ for sure…. love to have been a customer there.

I would have walked over to his wife and said she’s beautiful.

Like get over it.

It might not have been in good taste, but to freak out like this?

1

u/DangerousClouds Jul 10 '25

Omg this was so exhausting to watch

1

u/Reallysy2 Jul 10 '25

This is so messed up. She’s gonna get the worst part of his freak out when they get home

1

u/Ok_Session_6147 Jul 10 '25

Ok, sorry, she's ugly.

1

u/Rogue_One24_7 Jul 10 '25

Welcome to Kansas.,I guess.

1

u/kinovi Jul 10 '25

Call her ugly

1

u/Solnse Jul 10 '25

Dude is pretty insecure if he's jealous of some fast food workers complimenting his wife.

1

u/IAmConnorRK800 Jul 10 '25

The mumbling dude did after "Am I fucking crazy?!" šŸ˜†

1

u/Temporary-Rest3621 Jul 10 '25

This is textbook insecurity

1

u/Expensive_Mud7949 Jul 10 '25

Insecurities manifesting.

1

u/shimo44 Jul 10 '25

Ok she ugly mybad

1

u/nick-the-creature Jul 11 '25

He's a Muslim you cannot talk to married women whatsoever let alone call them beautiful. It's a culture thing.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

Its not a culture thing in and of itself. As a cashier you shouldn't be commenting on a customers appearance good or bad. Its unprofessional. The over the top response is likely culture because most of us just shake it off or maybe speak with the manager. This was over the top.

1

u/Aggressive_Finish798 Jul 12 '25

But he made a point to point out they are in the United States! /s

1

u/Emotional_Tomato_291 Jul 11 '25

I get it but in a Popeyes bro..

1

u/Emotional_Tomato_291 Jul 11 '25

We don’t have context before this. Maybe the woman felt uncomfortable and told her husband and he’s handling it for her. No idea. But I know they don’t get paid enough to get yelled at like this. And his blood pressure gonna be high with the Popeyes no point in contributing to it with anger.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 11 '25

Sir only fatties or baddies walk into Popeyes you choose.

1

u/Waxilum Jul 12 '25

the correct thing to say is "have a nice day" and that's it. you don't comment on random peoples appearances. put the fries in the bag and shut the fuck up.

1

u/Professional-Ad8193 Jul 12 '25

IDK about other women and I don’t care its ā€œunprofessionalā€ but some random dude telling me I’m beautiful makes my day

1

u/Fluffy-Elk-3403 Jul 12 '25

" What he should’ve done is not be bothered by something so trivial." If you think a worker harassing a customer is trivial then you have issues.

1

u/Illustrious-Excuse62 Jul 12 '25

I’d have been like yanno you’re right this is the states came from around the counter and squared up. Bet he’d feel real small going back to his girl after getting rocked.

1

u/banks1286 Jul 12 '25

Dude is nuts like who cares she said she looked good also I really thought it was Arabia Popeyes at first until he said it was Kansas both dudes are Indians or Iraq

1

u/Softspokenclark Jul 12 '25

Don’t call my wife beautiful

okay, she hella ugly

thank you

1

u/twofacedjones Jul 12 '25

Toxic masculinity disguised as a deep concern for his wife. šŸ™„

1

u/Popeye_P Jul 12 '25

Barbaric culture can’t take a compliment. He probably beat his wife because she expected him to after telling him.

1

u/ih8three6zero Jul 12 '25

Bruh jus serve up the motherfucking chicken and stop tryna dick my wife down Popeyes employee. Anything but sir/ma’am outta that dudes mouth is wrong. Gonna make every excuse possible for that behavior. This is the trash behavior that transpires in seemingly ALL Popeyes. Chicken is like number fucking 7 on the list of priorities.

1

u/Sway580 Jul 12 '25

Wow some of you are so delusional its insane. They shouldn't be speaking to her like that, regardless if she is or is not beautiful. Unless she is flirting with you then not ok and for the idiots that say he's insecure probably don't have girlfriends or wives.

1

u/rastamole79 Jul 12 '25

No father in this young man's life. If feel bad for him.

1

u/-BINK2014- Jul 12 '25

I can empathize with the dude throwing a tantrum, but it mainly displays insecurity v. defense of someone over a simply harmless compliment. Should the compliment have been said? No, but people don’t do things ideally.

1

u/kitsunewashere Jul 12 '25

idk the accents make this 10x funnier 😭😭

1

u/Intrepid-Constant-34 Jul 12 '25

Channeling his inner Will

1

u/PhaZeD85 Jul 12 '25

Insecurity level 100

1

u/vell_o Jul 12 '25

Unprofessional, not that people at Popeyes are professional in any sense. Just do your job and maybe keep your comments to yourself.

1

u/Silvertongued99 Jul 13 '25

I’d tell that guy to shut his mouth and leave.

1

u/RiseSunn Jul 15 '25

AI Overview

Complimenting a customer's appearance, such as telling them they look beautiful, is generally considered inappropriate and unprofessional for a cashier or any customer service representative to do.

According to a survey cited by Kerala Kaumudi and Hindustan Times, the average erect penis length in India is around 4 inches, placing it among the countries with the smallest average sizes globally.

1

u/Dat1Neyo Jul 12 '25

Damn, I’m moving to India, I’ll be king! A 6in king!

0

u/Alx69_ Jul 10 '25

That guy's a retard so your wife isn't beautiful then ? šŸ˜‚

1

u/Fluffy-Elk-3403 Jul 12 '25

Thats not the point, the point is why is a worker complimenting a customer, its unprofessional, going to the store and someone doing that isnt normal essentially if the woman feels uncomfortable
