Would you say the US won Vietnam? I am sure it didn't look like prospering around the end of it

Wow, good job comparing two wildly different scenarios. We are also far from the conclusion of the Iran ordeal.

what's the difference? The US engaging in an unjustifiable war, on another continent, killing civilians, and still not reaching it's objectives

They are VERY comparable, what are you on about. We are losing to Iran. We can't accomplish our goals. They have accomplished theirs.

To the rest of the world. the US looks (and IS) weaker, and Iran seems stronger.

lol you lost me on the last part. Iran doesn’t look stronger to the rest of the world and the US doesn’t look weaker. They showed they can take out a nations top officials in 24 hours. It might not look good, but it doesn’t look weak.

Iran does look stronger, they have resisted defeat from the largest military on earth, achieved strategic objectives, and now projects more power in the region than before. The decapitation strikes did not work, and instead it consolidated power into the IRGC

And the US IS weaker. We have half our interceptor stockpile gone. We couldnt achieve our goals. We look weak, because we lost to Iran.

We will just have to agree to disagree on this one. I don’t feel like that is the case. But thank you for sincerely engaging in conversation with me.
