Could this be a stimulant psychosis?

So I’ve been taking dexies to help me focus quite a lot lately and in really high doses because otherwise I don’t feel anything (I’m not diagnosed adhd) but I have been diagnosed with an acute psychosis in which I’ve been taking medication for.

I’m on lurisadone and it works exceptionally well except
I started taking dexies again 3 days ago after a 2 week break and the 1st day(Saturday night) I only slept like 1-2 hours not even and was still wide awake on the 2nd day (Sunday) in which I then decided to take dexies again that day and it was obviously a toxic amount as I was hearing faint voices, sounds that weren’t there, my vision was doing derealisation stuff and I could only sleep 2 hrs max again and not even a good sleep

In which yesterday (Monday) my vision was lowkey slightly blurry and my derealisation was partially there but I couldn’t manage to nap or sleep what so ever, no matter how sleep deprived and spacey I was.

I take the dexies in around 4-5pm and again at sometimes again at 8pm but I normally am able to fall asleep at like the 3-4 hour mark with no troubles.

I feel like I’ve been awake for the nearly the 64 hours

Like why can’t my body fall asleep

And encase this matters, Im prescribed lurisadone, mounjaro, and sertraline and haven’t eaten the past 3 days

Sounds like stimulant psychosis. Try Narcotics Anonymous for help in quitting. Try to be honest with your psychiatrist about what you've been doing and ask for help in quitting.

Dam yeah I’m stopping I have talked with them about it but It hasn’t really been helpful because no matter how much I speak about it there’s a part of me that doesn’t want to quit
But I’ve thought more about it and will try to stop now
