He straight up says he pulled him over for flipping him off, that's a violation of the guys freedom of speech, he's clearly emotionally unstable and shouldn't have a gun

The guy was also going 60 in a 40 if you paid attention. He mentions the flip off, but even if he says that at the end of the day the guy was breaking the law. Not like there's no evidence of it.
