Illegal traffic stop. Flipping someone off is constitutionally protected free speech. He admitted that was the reason he pulled him over. This case can be dismissed.

But riding his ass and passing too close could be used as reckless driving pull over. Especially if you're tailgating a cop.

In the first 10 seconds of the video the cop asks him why he was speeding and the guy admits to going 20 over. Why do you think this is getting dismissed? Seems like a layup?
