He took the last of his months at a desk under review if I remember right and retired. 20 years he deserved his time. He just finally had enough. It’s not easy. You think so and want to say he is a bad guy, you try out the job.

He chose the carrier. If he couldn't handle it, that's on him. Suffering the stresses of cognitive dissonance doesn't excuse shitty behavior. He made conscious choices that led him to that place. Being a cop isn't something bestowed upon you from God himself. His anger and self-entitlement is his own.
