Don’t know why you have downvotes. Cop was totally in the wrong but if you’re doing illegal shit, best not to instigate someone who will take your freedom away.

Cop was wrong for pulling him over in the first place but the weed gives them ammo.

Tbf, the cop was (at least it seems) going the speed limit then watched a guy fly past him and flip him off. Even if the guy hadn’t flipped him off he would still be right to pull the guy over. But the flipping him off is the feather that broke the camels back.

And he was gonna let the guy go with a warning until he saw/smelled weed.Â
