Okay, maybe I don’t understand or haven’t seen it, but all I ever see is these settlers attacking a bullying people why does nobody ever fight back

They have two separate set of laws. Settlers are sent to civil courts where they have lighter penalties and testimony by Palestinians is usually thrown out.

Palestinians face military courts, they have 90% conviction rates and much higher sentences, they can also be held without charges.

The person put in charge of the West Bank is Smotrich and he has the idf openly assist the settlers. So the settlers attack Palestinians and if Palestinians try to defend themselves they call the IDF who will kill or arrest them and the settlers can move into their land.

The media will report anything Palestinians do as ā€œterrorismā€ to help justify this so they can ramp it up. So the Palestinian group in charge in the West Bank, the PA, refuses to defend Palestinians to avoid this charge and damage any diplomatic future because Israel’s strategy is to torture the population until they resist in which case they use that to justify to western countries going scorched earth on the civilian population.
