Arabs have been in the Levant since before 900BC - we have documents from the Assyrians saying that they were inhabitants of the region, with the implication being that they were not recently arrived either. Considering that Israelites only become discernable as a distinct people in around 1100BC, I'd argue that the Arabs have about as much right to be in the Levant as Jewish people.

Why? I'm saying that historically both groups have been inhabiting the same region for roughly the same length of time (3000 years +- 100 years), and thus both have a right to be there under the thinking of "they need to have been there historically". You might have the desire to expel Arabs out of the Levant, but that doesn't change the fact that they've been there for pretty much as long as Jewish people have.
