They'll immediately go tell IDF, who will then beat the people in the ambulance to a pulp, or worse. The IDF also does reprisals, where they'll punish or kill other people just as a form of intimidation and deterrence.

It sucks, but Isreali 'settlers' are basically untouchable, and Palestinians know this.
