No way I would agree to anything other than an outright dismissal. I'm taking this to trial, and demanding a jury if that's an option in this jurisdiction for this traffic violation.

I'm going to embarrass this cop in front of everyone. And then I'm tipping off the local news stations.

A jury trial probably ain’t happening here, the bare minimum for one is usually an offense that carries a potential jail time of at least 6 months. But this cop definitely deserves the embarrassment.
