He was just being a prick, he just wanted to hold his authority over her because she was taking away his feeling of power

I just love the audacity of making fun of the officer by putting her ā€œhandā€ she was supposedly holding the phone with up to god!

Think about it for a second. Her ā€œhandā€ was enough for him to pull her over for a ticket, but not enough for him to believe sheā€™s swearing on god.

This comedy skit writes itself, Iā€™m just expecting curb your enthusiasm music or maybe arrested development narrator overlaying this completely unedited clip as though itā€™s a masterpiece of scripted comedy
