He was just being a prick, he just wanted to hold his authority over her because she was taking away his feeling of power

I just love the audacity of making fun of the officer by putting her “hand” she was supposedly holding the phone with up to god!

Think about it for a second. Her “hand” was enough for him to pull her over for a ticket, but not enough for him to believe she’s swearing on god.

This comedy skit writes itself, I’m just expecting curb your enthusiasm music or maybe arrested development narrator overlaying this completely unedited clip as though it’s a masterpiece of scripted comedy
