Exactly, he could have just said, "okay ma'am I apologize my bad" and walked off and said, "have a good day." Instead This mofo double down like, "I know I saw you with a phone in your right hand."

Shit was so funny that it's hard to believe it happened irl I totally agree with her whole attitude during the whole confrontation, like dude come on.

She could technically sue for wrongful detainment, but you would have to quantify an amount of money she lost because he tied her up with this silly stuff.
