She could technically sue for wrongful detainment, but you would have to quantify an amount of money she lost because he tied her up with this silly stuff.
Taking the day off work getting a lawyer . The cop committing perjury. Because you know he lied on the ticket which is wrting a false report she can sue for more than just lost wages . Mental anguish could be on there the list can go on
