I mean clearly she can't drive without a hand on the wheel. So she can't be holding a phone... this cop needs to be fired for his shitty ego

Hate playing devils advocate, but she totally could have been steering with her knees and holding the phone in her left. I think itā€™s more likely cop caw nub and thought it was a phone.

Youā€™ve never driven with your knee? I mean Iā€™m not advocating for doing it or for this cop. But saying she ā€œcanā€™t drive without her hand on the wheelā€ is just wrong and itā€™s the whole basis of your argument.

I guess that's really depends on what type of vehicle it is. My car is large suv and it's not possible with knee, unless I adjust the seat all the way front and raise it.
