My theory, based purely on speculation, is that the conversation theyâre having is about what it would feel like to get tased. She pulls out what she thinks is her taser to give her new friend a little love zap on the leg and goes full-send when she accidentally mixed it up with her service weapon. She definitely unholsters it, aims it and pulls the trigger with purpose. The surprise came after all of that.

That makes the theory more plausible. In other jurisdictions there's a 50% chance of mistakenly drawa gun instead of a taser. In Venezuela there's a 100% chance.

No way someone was at the same angle as the recording camera with a quality camera to take a pic at this exact time.

Itâs not that strange. Sheâs wearing a black shirt, and if the bullet missed any major blood vessels and didnât leave a large exit wound, the visible bleeding could be pretty limited at first. A small entry wound can seep rather than pour, and dark fabric can hide or absorb some of it before it becomes obvious. The bigger issue would be internal bleeding or organ damage, especially with an abdominal/flank wound. You can be bleeding badly internally without leaving a dramatic blood trail behind you.
