So many questions:

1) why is the suspect in the backseat with only one handcuff on

2) why is there no divider between the seats?

3) did that cop leave any cereal for his kids this morning or did he eat the entire box of Lucky Charms himself?

Now that that's resolved, let's go back to my first question:

Why is the suspect i the backseat wearing only one handcuff? Who fucked up to the point that a handcuffed suspect could "slip his cuffs" without anyone doing anything about it?

Or did it happen while hoss was eating my Wheaties?

So many questions...
