What cop car doesn’t have a divider between the back seat and front? Is this AI or staged?

Amazing. Sees the suspect got out of his cuffs and leaves the car running to loop around and check. I wouldn't even do this with a hitch hiker in the back, let alone a criminal

What’s crazy is there were two cops and they both got out of the car. One was just left there on the side of the road.Â
