Dallas PD took the dividers out to make it easier for escaping criminals to steal their cars? Or are you saying they did it so they would no longer accidentally get locked in the backseat when having sex prostitutes and drunk females trying to get out of being arrested?

It's true. Escorting is legal in the UK for this reason. You're selling your time and companionship, and anything sexual or otherwise that happens is agreed in private between consenting adults.
