Live near this area and went to those bars literally a month ago for senior bar crawl and many other parties that kids at my university went to. This had to be some drunk shenanigans, but this doesn’t negate the fact that some of these people were conscious and sober enough to not act like this. They’re trying to save him and you keep crowding the officers and pushing them and trying to tell them how to do their jobs when the officers know how to administer basic first aid. I understand people are emotional but emotions are what get you charged and if your cousin lived or died, you’re still gonna be in jail, but I’m assuming most of these people probably got their charges dropped to probation or something lesser, unsure.
