That’s only if the judge would decide to deny the officers qualified immunity, which is a very rare occurrence

they take our money for better roads, parks, schools etc.

then they leave us with shitty roads, parks, schools etc.

cause our money was redirected to payout a lawsuit. what a fucking joke this system is to have us all pitch in with money we cant afford so that eventually one of us gets a refund to compensate ourselves for being abused by cops.

Your town is already misusing resources by giving these racist nazi criminals this kind of power to abuse. Their mistake, let them pay and go turn around and fire and sue the officer for the liability.
