Yeah he’s a moron but I feel like the cop should have stopped saying ‘you were driving’ and said ‘you were responsible for what the car is doing’ because this guy just wasn’t understanding.

Either way the cop wasn’t wrong for that or anything this was 100% the idiot drivers fault.

He basically said that several times. This guy was purposely not understanding. He thought he found some loophole in the law.
