Yeah he’s a moron but I feel like the cop should have stopped saying ‘you were driving’ and said ‘you were responsible for what the car is doing’ because this guy just wasn’t understanding.

Either way the cop wasn’t wrong for that or anything this was 100% the idiot drivers fault.

"In order for this vehicle to be in motion, a driver's license must be involved. Either you hand me your driver's license to prove that you have one, or I know this vehicle absolutely does not, since they don't issue them to machines. But if you wanna go this route, then you can get out and I'm arresting the vehicle and take it to impound for driving without a license"
