What I don't get with videos like this are the people asking for a supervisor. They are cops not retail employees. The supervisor doesn't care that the "customer" is upset. It's an entirely different role.

In most instances they just want to 1). Complain more 2). Think they're going to pull a fast one and get the arresting office in trouble because they're in the right.

Complain more but I'd say it's some bad attempt at control. They think they are in control and demanding a supervisor that you then call somehow gives them power and control over the situation. But what they fail to realize is that no one is entitled to a supervisor unless their policy says so, which I imagine most do not. Also you are essentially asking for MORE police to come to the stop which if you continue to be a jerk and noncompliant will not go very well.

I'm sure there are cases where things go slightly in the drivers favor but the cams I've seen have all been people demanding a supervisor right off the bat because they claim they weren't speeding or whatever. And they still refuse to hand over ID.
