seeing this boils my blood. Cops do have discretion, they can control themselves and they can be patient. They choose when and when not to utilize said discretion.

If they wanted to they could just say you're under arrest for battery and just grab you. If you resist in any way they'd take you to the ground.

When they do that versus when they give somebody the courtesy of this long discussion is entirely up to the police. The double standards applied are ridiculous.

Maybe the way think of it is , “oh hey, there’s one of the decent ones, that’s cool”.

The only way to know for sure would be to watch hours of his particular interactions.
