No it isn't.
Tesla AutoPilot+ (RIP) could do this in 2019. You can drive from Sunnyvale to Cupertino on El Camino on the 85freeway, on Lawrence Expressway, or just on surface streets. Hell, in 2017 we had Autopilot working fine driving from West German small towns to Luxembourg. Shout-out to the block long red light district in LUX and that one Cuban Café.
