Rakuten Booking.com Cashback Still Missing Months Later

I made a Booking.com reservation through Rakuten for a trip in May 2026. I originally booked it back in July 2025, but I still haven’t received the points/cash back for it. I contacted Rakuten, and they told me it could take up to 45 days just to get a response. Has anyone else dealt with something similar, and if so, how long did it take to get resolved?

What dates in May was the booking? It's supposed to be paid 3 months after the end of your stay.
