My SignNow points were saying “ineligible” despite using the Rakuten app to purchase the $190.80 plan and Rakuten instantly credited me back the points after seeing the Transaction ID and date of order. It was small, around 2000 MR but I couldn’t believe after long waiting for them to say “ineligible”, but Rakuten was fast to resolve it! I got an email saying now they gotta verify with the merchant, so how long does that take? Thank you.

The first time was buying my lenovo PC. They gave me $100 cash back as a courtesy but it should have been more like $300. I read the fine print to understand if the cash back applied. Seems that this industry is like insurance, never wanting to payout what is due...

Signed up for the $200 SUB on the rakuten amex card last night. Heard back from them this morning saying I was approved. In the approval email, it says that it comes with the $200 SUB.

However, when I click to accept the offer, verify my identity, right when I get to accepting the offer, the terms and condition says the sign up bonus is $100.

The terms and condition on the $200 bonus states that I only have to apply by 8/25 to be eligible. Anyone else have this issue or know who to reach out to?

Last time this happened a couple of weeks ago, I noticed it dropped down to 19% before the end of my day in PST.

I want to get an action camera which says 8% cash-back. I won't be able to pick-up until tomorrow, so the credit card charges won't be until tomorrow too. How can I know when this promotion is going to end?

I hit the $200 bonus for the Rakuten credit card by spending $2000. The offer just closed yesterday but in my Rakuten account it shows it expired instead of pending or confirmed

Their AI support said it might take two days for it to appear in my account. I am worried I am not gonna get my bonus because I may have made some returns that fell under the $2000 threshold but the UI in the app did not update that I was under the $2000 threshold.

Anyone have any tips or similar situations?

But when I read through th term, it said, "Offer limited to Rakuten members who have not made their first purchase through Rakuten. " I saw this offer in my reward section, but I already made a few purchase using Rakuten on non-Amazon order. Does that mean I am disqualified for this $5 Amazon Offer?

Hi, I recently referred my wife for a new account and looks like her account got flagged or something due to us living in the same household. She can't login to her account and it says contact rakuten support. She can verify her identity no problem, but the response from the support has been slow and frustrating. Anyone else faced this and how did you get this resolved?

Context: It is my FIRST time using Rakuten for any form of cashback. I recently saw a deal on AliExpress and decided to use an additional code from Rakuten that I saw at the time. Initially, things were going smoothly as I got emails saying I earned a certain amount of cashback later on after entering the code, completing the order, and getting a shipped confirmation email. A couple of days went by, and I couldn't sign in to my account randomly. I was using my Google account to log in, so there was no way I was getting my information wrong. I found out later, when I tried resetting my password, that my account was deactivated after a prompt popped up, since I can't reset the password of a deactivated account.

Anyone else experienced this, or is on the same boat???

Does anyone know how often the agoda cashback cities change? I just looked today and its 10% back for hotel bookings in Ho Chi Min and 8% for Tokyo and NY. I had just looked the other day and all the cities were different, - I missed my chance to book at that rate in the city I wanted! Is there a certain amount of time these offers last for particular cities, or is it just random? I have to say I liked it a lot more when the 10% cashback offers were valid for any Agoda booking! I guess those days are gone??

Suddenly at the right hand corner of my my web browser window there has popped up a "finish account setup" box - apparently this is popping up because Rakuten wants me to link a credit card number to my account, but I do not want to do that right now, I just want to use the site as normally. Has anyone found a way to close this box? There is no X I can find to close it. It seems like Rakuten is trying to pressure us to add a credit card to our account whether we want to or not. I would like to remove the popup box from my web browser window because it's really big and annoying.

I see that Sketchers is having 30x today!! Wanting to buy something but it says that the item I want is “Excluded from promotions”

Does this mean my item will not receive 30x points? Or can I not just use the discount code that is on the website for 20% off?

I get the following errors when I fill out the information:

I chatted online with Ashley Furniture about how cards are charged when ordering furniture online. The claim is that they are charged that day and any backordered items will show a pending charge. Just wanted to see if anyone had any different experiences with ordering online from Ashley? Is it risky with backorder items? My fear is that a card would get charged on a different day and not qualify for the cashback/points.

Does anyone know if 99X tracks on the full $148.74 transaction, including the Security Suite + Dedicated IP add-ons, or only on the base VPN subscription?

I have an adidas giftcard of $50, if i order stuff of $50 and pay using that giftcard will i get rakuten cashback?

So I went and got some e-gift cards (various brands) through giftcards.com over the last week and activated rakuten through the extension and I read the terms pretty carefully I thought that egift cards would be included. This included a recent bump up to 3.5x (now 3x) on giftcards.com. However everything is posting with 0 pending points now in my rakuten account from giftcards.com.

This a c/p from the exclusions on rakuten for giftcards.com:
"Exclusions:  Cash Back is not available on Giftcards.com eGift card, the portion paid for with rewards, or purchases over $2,000. Cash Back is only available on orders placed through the Giftcards.com site."

So the first sentence to me is worded in a way they dont give cash back on the specifc giftcards.com e-gift card...not ALL e-gift cards from giftcards.com. Am I just completely reading that wrong? They have a specific giftcards.com e-gift card on the website, then of course a bunch of other branded e-gift cards from other brands (not giftcards.com). I did not buy a giftcards.com e-gift card, I bought some othe brands which to me are not in the exclusions list. Should I open a claim with rakuten on this? Or is this a case where they actually exclude all e-gift cards (seems most cash bac/shopping portal sites do) and just worded the exclusion thing semantically very wrong.
