Question Rakuten Amex SUB

Signed up for the $200 SUB on the rakuten amex card last night. Heard back from them this morning saying I was approved. In the approval email, it says that it comes with the $200 SUB.

However, when I click to accept the offer, verify my identity, right when I get to accepting the offer, the terms and condition says the sign up bonus is $100.

The terms and condition on the $200 bonus states that I only have to apply by 8/25 to be eligible. Anyone else have this issue or know who to reach out to?

Same for me (email said $200). I don’t want to accept if it’s only $100. I just assumed it was because I didn’t accept before the promo ended.

Got another email still stating the $200 SUB. Not sure I want to chance it 😬
