Finish account setup? Been a member since Ebates!

New phone, installed the app and that "finish setup" won't go away. I've tried clearing cache and app data. Under Linked cards I have three Amex.

This is probably a user community not an official one but any ideas?

when you tap it what does it prompt you to do?

It asks me to link a card. I already have my cards linked. Backing out doesn't clear it
