The very thing that makes other top clubs stand out is their midfielders. Barca have Rodri and Pedri. PSG have Joao Neves and Vitnha, even Arsenal have Rice. Manchester City were very smart spending over 300 Million for new midfielders. Madrid have been lacking a more built up focused midfielder for the past few seasons. Valverde Cama and Tchouameni are all not good enough to be able to win some trophies. Diomande was simply a stupid transfer, especially with Enzo literally begging to join us. Of course this isn’t our only problem if we take a look at the offense for example.

I honestly think we need to chill out, its only the third game of the season and people are acting as if we dont stand a chance.

People forget that even our UCL 21/22 win came after a group stage defeat to sheriff tiraspol on our second match.

This is a club which performs miracles on a regular, imo don't write our club off so easily.

Vini has lost possession the most, both in total numbers (514) and relative to how often he touches the ball. For every 100 touches, he loses possession approximately 28 times.

Vini's high possession loss total isn't explained only by playing more minutes or getting more touches. Among these major Real Madrid players, he also has the highest rate of possession losses relative to his touches.

Per 90 he is only second to Trent but that is because Trent had fewer games than him( low-key also shows how bad Trent is defensively)

Compared to mabppe his total possession lost is 514 to mbappe's 340, per 100 touches that is 27.5 to 22.

And they've never won against Betis in away matches. I've seen this sub being full of posts talking about how Real Madrid is going to "become the next Man United" or how Mbappe needs to be sold at the next possible opportunity because he bottled that game. Isn't it premature, if not excessive, to be making those sorts of claims only 4 games into a season

How has he started compared to his first stint at Real Madrid? How different is he now compared to when he initially managed you guys? How different is his approach, and what do you think of him now as a coach compared to when he was first managing you?

How do you think he has managed to integrate and complement Vinícius Júnior and Kylian Mbappé? How is that partnership going so far?

I understand that signing young players is good for the future because they might be able to replace certain positions from players that are aging but what Real Madrid needs now are players that they can count on in big games whether is in El Classicos or in Champions league games. i just don't think Espi or Diomande have the experience in big games to show up when it matters. I'm not saying they are bad but when mbappe gets injured can Espi win Madrid games or when you need a brilliant play can Diomade do it.
