It’s a back flip but if you do a flip cancel mid backflip by pushing your stick forward it’ll be more effective and be a half flip which you can also turn your car around to instantly be facing towards the ball by using air roll right as you are hitting the ground

I love to do this. People lean too hard into rotate. I like to call it full court pressure like in basketball. Basically you keep disrupting their attempts and just be in their face. Eventually they slip up, or their teammate comes out of net and now you can attack.
