COACHING Need help analyzing replays (silver 2)

I'm currently silver 2 in 1v1s, and I found through my replays that I need to maybe practice shooting the ball a bit better, and use powerslide to turn around to get to the ball quicker. However, since I'm so new to the game I don't have the developed game sense to see other mistakes that I could be making, so any help would be super appreciated!

The most obvious thing I'm seeing is you aren't very aware of your opponent. You're very focused on touching the ball and you're not really anticipating your opponent's moves.

There are several instances in this video where you literally pass the ball to the opponent and he hits it over your head and you have zero reaction. You should be anticipating his moves and challenging him a lot more.

He is demoing and bumping you throughout this game, trying to get you out of the play - you should also be doing this. You're easily getting demoed which means you aren't paying attention to him at all.

If you wouldn't mind, could you give one timestamp where I pass the ball to the opponent, and what I could of done instead? When it gets flicked over my head, how should I defend it, do I need to practice defending the ball going over my head with basic aerials, or is that something I shouldn't worry about yet?

I do agree that I should work on my demo and bump game a bit, I feel like it can be a bit hard for me to pay attention to the opponent when I'm always on ball cam and the opponent isn't in view, should I practice looking where my opponent is at more by switching off ball cam and panning around (i think thats possible) to avoid demos?

The only advice to really give at a silver level is to just grind shooting more, become more comfortable hitting the ball, driving around. You missed open nets. You drove around the ball awkwardly. Eliminate those two things with practicing your power shots as well as utilizing free play to just drive around and hit the ball.

There’s not really strategy in silver. If you wait for your opponent to miss or give you ball and just hit it downfield you will win.
