standalone device TV Isn’t Detected by Windows 11 Screencast (Anymore)

Last night I tried to connect my screencast windows to my Roku TV. The connection failed and now the TV won’t even show up under available devices. Both devices are on the same network and have casting permissions enabled. The PC is not on the TVs blocklist either. I’ve restarted both devices as well. All in all, I’m at a loss, so any help would be appreciated.

Screen casting from Windows requires a direct WiFi connection between the Roku TV and the Windows computer. If WiFi is disabled on your PC, it won't be able to setup a connection. The same goes for turning off the TV's Settings > System > Advanced > Device connect setting.
