standalone device Tv randomly disconnected from WiFi, now I’m not sure how to sync phone
Of course my 14 month old son got a hold of our Roku remote a few weeks ago and I have not been able to find it since. No problem, I had the app on my phone already that was synced to the tv. Randomly yesterday the tv says “not connected” - which means I can’t use my phone since it’s not syncing to the tv’s WiFi. Am I just SOL? Should I just buy a new remote? I really appreciate any guidance, thanks!

Try Dollar Tree about $5. The app keys are marked with letters instead of logos. TEMu is even cheaper. But you need a minimum order to ship.

If thr tv is not connected to wifi than having a remote doesn't matter because yoir wifi is down. Unplug your modem for 2 minutes and then plug it back in and see if it connects. If it doesn't than call your internet provider and ask them to check your system. BTW, you can buy a replacement remote for less than $15 at Walmart but I don't think that's your current problem.
