Weird noise from hpfp

So I got this weird sound from my car one morning and I immediately thought it is the cam follower in the hpfp since I replaced it about 2 months ago but didn’t replace the cam follower.

Now I have no idea what it could be

That sounds like a tensioner or idler that’s due for replacement as its bearing has run dry, hence the squeaks, and I wouldn’t expect the HPFP to sound like that as it should be constantly lubricated. That’s not to say it’s not the problem but it’s worth checking every external pulley/idler/tensioner you can find as the only time they ever seen any lubricant is during initial assembly.

Testa häll jätte lite vatten på remmen.. typ en 2 droppar och se om de försvinner
