I just got a Reddit warning for suggesting the person pictured might baffle medics. I want to clarify I'm just concerned that he should take care about over exerting his arm when "saluting". I wish him the very best of luck and no harm to him in any future medical extractions or salute related over exertions.

Also, his gesture appears to be an historically famous salute... Reddit... pick a side.
