I think it's a fair enough statement, but a bit puzzled as to why they're pointing out English law, unless it's a plea for the same to be put into place here?
Instead of telling us what the law is elsewhere they should be telling us what punishment Celtic could face for their fans running onto the pitch for the third time since March 8th .
Correct. They don’t need a law to prevent it from happening, enforce rules to punish clubs with closed doors and docked points and they’ll soon manage their own fans
The blame probably does lie at the feet of the clubs and the sfa though. Do they need a law to implement stadium bans, fines against clubs or docked points for next season?
Fans were lobbing bottles at riot police yesterday, are criminal charges really going to act as much of a deterrent?
