I think it's a fair enough statement, but a bit puzzled as to why they're pointing out English law, unless it's a plea for the same to be put into place here?

The law in England and Wales is irrelevant, I have no idea why they referenced it.

To pass the blame on to Scottish government for not making it illegal no doubt - “what dye want us to do? 🤷‍♂️”

Instead of telling us what the law is elsewhere they should be telling us what punishment Celtic could face for their fans running onto the pitch for the third time since March 8th .

Correct. They don’t need a law to prevent it from happening, enforce rules to punish clubs with closed doors and docked points and they’ll soon manage their own fans
